postal address establishes that your site represents a real person
or company, not some shell set up for illicit activities. In
addition to the physical address you should provide either an e-mail
address or a form that visitors can complete and submit. To
minimize SPAM there are several techniques (java script, flash, etc)
that will mask email addresses in your page code. Try
searching "hide email address" in your favorite search engine.
